The project, located in Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone, Cambodia, will be provided with technological, processing, logistics, education, residential and tourism functions. It aims to integrate urban development and industrial development by virtue of the dual-core of financing and trading to construct a complex with policy and industrial advantages for building a most open and free special economic zone in Cambodia and the South East Asia region. Integration of industry and commerce and inland port: The project will be built into an inland new industry center which, second to none in the ASEAN and integrated with industrial, trade, port and city functions, has access to Sihanoukville Port and serves the ASEAN with the inland as its hinterland by virtue of global industry transfer, the Belt and Road initiative, and the Trans-Asian Railway. The dream of integrating the port and city for ASEAN: The project will be built into an industrial new city that represents the highest planning level of ASEAN by setting up the framework of a mixed-use city, aiming to become a world city.
