The project is located in Zhaoqing, west-central of the new urban district in Dinghu District, bordering the Dinghu Mountain Scenic Spot on the west, adjacent to the old city Guicheng on the north, overlooking the West River in the east, and neighboring the currently built-up area of Dinghu District on the south. It is a major element on the "mountain-lake-city-river" cityscape line of the central city of Zhaoqing.

The planning design implants the Lingnan regional customs and humanistic essence into architecture, highlighting the new charm of Lingnan. Utilizing the most of the landscape resources to create spaces for playing with water and viewing the mountain and lake. The design strives to create a cultural site with unique Lingnan style and characteristics, implanting with the four major spatial forms (temple, garden, courtyard, and cluster) and the essence of traditional Lingnan culture. Creating a cultural window collecting cultural exchange, tourism, and health in one, delivering Zhaoqing a new resort destination for tourism, holiday, meditation and cultivation. .
