The project is located in the west of Tianjin, hinterland of Nankai District. It will be the new growth pole of Nankai District's economic life in the future. The office tower with a height of 158 meters will become a new landmark in the west of the city.

The plan cuts in from the texture of Tianjin traditional blocks, and rationally arranges the functional relationships among the office towers, loft, apartments and commercial buildings, and conforms to the traditional context of the Tianjin tractor factory site. As for indoor and outdoor space constructing and facade processing, it responds the legacy of the postindustrial era, respects history, continues the context, and innovates positively, injecting vitality of the new era for revival of the old industrial base.
