Linping Ideal Intime City is located in the core area of Linping New City CBD, Yuhang District, Hangzhou. It is a mixed-use project in the Century Avenue Station, a terminal station of Hangzhou Metro Line 1, in the west of Yingbin Road and the south of Century Avenue. The project has a total planned area of about 86,274m2, of which 54,600 m2 are used in this design. The project's total planned building area is about 670,000m2, of which 483,000m2 are on the ground and 186,000m2 are underground. The project's plot ratio is 5.5 and landscaping ratio is 20%. In the future, the Ideal Intime City will be built, with the Intime Shopping Center as its core, into a landmark complex integrating the functions of recreation, shopping, catering and entertainment, business office, high-end residence, and 5-star hotel.
