The project is located in Hongqiao District, Tianjin, with an area of 12.1 hectares. It refers to a one-hundred-meter high-rise building and a commercial podium, both using stone as the main constructing material, to build a new landmark along Haihe River.

The high-rise building's position is set giving consideration to all advantages of the landscape, orientation, and street front, etc. On the side facing to the "Big Eye" is the entrance to the commercial plaza. Using the design language of vertical lines, it adds effectively the stiffness of building height. Combined with the classic three-stage method, the modern architectural design language is attached. For the high rise and the commercial podium, similar language is applied to enhance the sense of wholeness. And considering the general sense of walls facing the street front, the design maintains the consistency with the high-rise building's frontage.
