The project is another urban project developed by Fuxing Huiyu Real Estate in Huangjiahu New District in 2010. The project, situated east of Lake Huangjiahu, south of Wuhan Technical College of Communications, west of a side road of Wuhan-Xianning Highway, and north of Wuhan University of Science and Technology, is an integrated high-end residential quarter developed by Fuxing Huiyu Real Estate Company Limited in Wuchangnan University Park.
