Located in Shenshui New Town Center of Sujiatun District, Shenyang, the exhibition hall in the center of the base conforms to the urban planning texture, and its entrance faces the south; combined with the rich nodes on the urban landscape square, it has become an obvious highlight of the architecture. The southern and northern spaces outside the architecture are connected with the landscape on the east and west sides, so that the eastern residential belt is effectively linked up with the western greening belt, ensuring the continuity of urban space.

Based on the exhibition hall as its center, the architecture uses two L-shaped volumes (meeting volume and office volume) to surround it, implying the continuous expansion of urbanization. Floating on the bottom building, the L-shaped volumes not only embody the architecture’s decency and magnificence but also show its flexibility and vitality.
