The project is located in the core area of Jiangbin District, Binhai New Area, Shaoxing. To its west an industrial park has been planned. The unique cultural temperament of the project is improved by carrying on the local urban cultural venation and in-depth exploration and refining of Shaoxing's urban culture heritage. The purpose of the project is to build an ecological landscape space of multiple spatial levels, a salubrious residence separated from urban hubbubs, a multi-function mixed-use community, and a young, fashionable and energetic place to meet the rigid demand on the market.

As for architectural layout, the project has a main entrance on its south and a roughly axial symmetric grand entrance square that create a magnificent and solemn impression. A secondary entrance is planned on the road to the project's west. Two landscape axises are planned for overall layout in accordance with the topography of the project site. The longitudinal axis, starting from the main entrance in the south, is characterized by pavement and waterscape. The project's buildings are arranged in a nearly symmetric pattern on the site's east and west sides in line with the site's profile to set off the landscape atmosphere.
