The project, located in Beidaihe District, Qinhuangdao, is surrounded by Geziwo Park in the east, the third largest wetland park of Asia in northeast, Chitushan in the north, Olympic Green in the south, and a Residential community to be developed in the west and enjoys exceptionally advantageous geographical environment and natural conditions.

The particular geographical position and cultural and natural factors are the first to be taken into account in the project planning, which aims to revive the Old Villa Area of Beidaihe, the earliest and the largest one of the four major old villa areas in China. Then, from the perspectives of the project site's surrounding natural environment and living experience, a residential community integrating cultural, ecological, holiday, recreational, business, shopping, and catering functions is planned and divided into 4 themed areas, i.e., culture exhibition area, culture experience area, cultural living area, and cultural ecology area. In the end, the distinct architectural forms of old villas in Beidaihe is saluted and utilized and the tradition of old villas in Beidaihe is carried on and brought into full play for making a large comprehensive villa area consisting of distinct German-style, French-style, and new Chinese style villas.
