Business and public areas: A shopping street of distinct features is designed as a landmark and public space, taking into account the position relation between the shopping street's entrance and the project's Sales Office, to thread the 4 plots of land together. Residential design: Shared space is designed as much as possible for promoting the communication between neighbors and increasing landscape area as an attempt to develop high-efficient low-carbon residential unit types that have competitive edge in local market, and the ventilation of the residential unit types is paid special attention in light of Wuhan's climatic conditions.
