This project is to establish a residential model featuring an open, leisure, and beautiful small town which integrates the public functions of themed clubhouse, rehab hotel, apartment, leisure shopping street, and community supermarket. An open public core area is formed around the S-shape spatial axis.

The housing clusters are arranged around the public core area and along the S-shape spatial axis to form clusters of distinct characteristics. The progressively transition from open space, semi-open space, semi-private space, to private space offers a variety of community living experience.
