The project is built on land plot 4 of Xuzhou Yunlong Private Industry Park. The plot of land is divided into two parts (north part and south part) by Rd 2. It is a high-end residential project in Xuzhou planned to be built into a small traditional English style town featuring nobleness and elegance for carrying the Zijing series to a new height in terms of community quality. It has a total floorage of approximately 321,600 ㎡ above ground and can accommodate 2989 families. The total underground floorage is approximately 67,500 ㎡.

The principle of "sustainable development" is followed throughout the planning and architectural design of this project. Due consideration is given to the project's overall harmony with the urban region, image, and ability to improve the quality of the region during design. Principles for saving land and optimizing landscape are followed in accordance with the features of the land plot and in line with the landscape inside and outside the plot in order to bring about more landscape value to the Residential community. The project's architectural design is of traditional English style, to be specific, Victorian style for multi-storey buildings and Gothic style for high-rise buildings. The ingenious combination of these two styles gives rise to a gracefully exotic sentiment and an atmosphere of top-grade community.
