The project, located in Nansha Economic and Technological Development Zone, is designed with a view to take advantage of the convenient transportation offered by the 60-meter wide Gangqian Avenue and the accessible seacoast for building an agreeable European style township community, boosting yacht club business, and constructing a tourism & culture related business quarter in the locality.

The project's overall architectural form is a combination of Mediterranean building and Lingnan(Cantonese) building. Its residential building designs and commercial building designs are of uniform style and can be combined in different way to yield a concise and plain building style of the same morphology.
