The project is located at the central area of Zhujiajiao Industrial Zone and its design is in tune with the integrated planning of the area. It takes full advantage of the characteristic resources of the watertown and its crisscross river network and integrates multiple functions including cultural creativity, tourism, commerce, office, etc., in order to activate the vitality of the area.

The design gives full respect to the urban texture of the area and tries to identify the inner link between the unique texture of the area and buildings in the vicinity. The design makes use of the landscape resources and watercourses in the area and introduces landscape water systems to the planned watercourses to expand the waterscape resources so that all office units can have a good view of the waterscape. It is so designed in order to activate urban vitality and attract streams of people by interacting with the creativity and commerce buildings in Phase I area of the industrial zone for building prosperous commerce and office environment and a new "engine" to boost the development of Zhujiajiao Industrial Zone.
