The project is developed on a plot of land near Lake Dianchi and designed in accordance with the philosophy of "Respecting, Decorating, and Enjoying Lake Dianchi" to echo with the sceneries of Lake Dianchi and Mount Xishan by virtue of its spatial pattern featuring lower elevation in south west and higher elevation in north east to take full advantage of the rareness and uniqueness of the scenic areas.

Its traditional style buildings and spaces are updated and designed with brand-new functions for boosting economic development with a view to protect and develop Lake Dianchi for better sustainability.
