The project is located at Hexi area, the hinterland of Jingdezhen's pottery and porcelain cultural creation activities. It is a tailor-made high-quality residential project in line with Jingdezhen's characteristic cultural connotation and local people's lifestyle.

It is planned and designed to build a display panel for the city in concert with local landscape. Its hamlet pattern, featured by multiple enclosures including inner courtyard, front courtyard, and rear courtyard, nonetheless creates an urban impression. The spatial sequence of Waterscape Garden entrance and Lane in the Rain plaza constitutes the way home. Borrowed Scenery, a classical trick for Chinese landscape garden, is used in the project design. An impressive state featuring "yours are ours and ours are yours" is created and as a result it seems as if the famous Blue-and-White Porcelain Tower was located in this residential project.
