This project, located in Nanjing, is positioned as a mid- to high-end residential project, a benchmark residential project in the development of the land west of Qinhuai River and a benchmark project of LANDSEA. The project, having been certified as a three-star project by CABR Green Building & Eco-City Research Center, is a showcase of the trend of LANDSEA in its development of residential buildings in the coming 10 years.

The concept of "bosom friend" is introduced as a cultural factor in the design of the project in order to address the lack of vis-a-vis emotional communication which, in spite of the convenience of modern communication technology, is nonetheless yearned for by people.
