The project is located in the center of Hunnan New Town, Shenyang. Echoing with National Games Center, it fully brings into play its locational advantage of adjacency to the Creative Cultural Corridor, and aims to create a high-end, mixed-use and landmark cultural arts architecture.

Combined with urban axis and high-quality ambient environment, it creates a multi-layered, diversified and featured urban space, and fully utilizes transportation advantages to build a core cultural arts belt in Shenyang. It will become a landmark cultural arts center that is ecological, energy-saving, economical, aesthetic and dynamic.

The design concept takes changing season as its storyline, implying ever-prospering cultural arts, and the center conveys arts information throughout the city. Following the ancient concepts of “round sky and square earth” and “unity of heaven and man, the converging layout of the four units as four wings symbolizes the flourishing of the cultural circle of Shenyang, that is, “letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend”.
