The project, located at Street 10, Unit 11 of Qianhai SZ-HK Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, covers an area of land of 24,853.66 ㎡ 。The upright and square building is of relatively large dimensions to integrate the small building clusters in the surrounding. The project is designed with due respect to the surrounding urban pattern and building texture for thorough utilization of the landscape resources available, including the urban texture and spatial axis of the Youth DreamWorks and the Enterprises Mansion in the vicinity. As a result, the entire project is elevated and the open ground floor is made available to the public. In doing so, the spatial axis of the Youth DreamWorks and the green axis of the Enterprises Mansion are not interrupted. In the meantime, the connecting space between the Youth Park and the Water Gallery threads the entire region. Moreover, the four vertical parking garages carry the spatial pattern of the Enterprises Mansion over to the project site.

The project looks like a "Floating Magic Box" featured by stilted ground floor, variable space, and rich scenarios. The building, for its square, concise, grand, and completely harmonic appearance of urban design, has become the visual focus of the region. Its interior is amicable and agreeable, featuring disorderly and uneven courtyard spaces. It is square-shaped and of good equality at all directions. The stilted ground floor design enables free access to the building and a broad reception width in all directions.
