The project is located at Daqing, a city in western Heilongjiang. It aims to guide the trend of energy development in northeast China and provide new business modes and space for development to the city's energy market. The designers come up with an international multi-function comprehensive industrial park that integrates manufacturing, R&D, conferences and exhibitions, office and supporting facilities. The available building types and products are diverse and abundant and suitable for a range of firms and manufacturers on-board. The project's target market is positioned at top technological research companies and supporting factories in the field of enhanced oil recovery(EOR) and new energy, and a variety of working spaces and environment are designed for them. Both the architectural design and landscape design are for achieving the atmosphere of an industrial park. A series of building clusters are linked through the landscape spaces and the clusters in themselves can be considered as a business community in which the supporting business facilities and park environment are shared. The design also meets the future growth and adjustment requirements of enterprises onboard.
