The project is located in the bonded zone of Xixian Airport New City. Design concept - The building looks like a red sun rising out of the horizon and symbolizes the morning sun which is on the rise and brings everything back to life and a lively state. It is a metaphorical symbol of the good start of the Airport New City. The design of the Yingbin (Welcome) Avenue makes use of the undulating topographical features of the site to inosculate the buildings with the site. Also designed are zigzag paths running through the site for providing pedestrian experience space. The inner plaza integrates such functions as image display, office and rest; the external plaza on the ground floor is designed as a place for festival activities. The sunk plaza in the courtyard garden is greened vertically and stepwise; Floor B1 is designed as a Chinese style courtyard and provided with central mirror pool, piling rocks, flowers and trees to create a tranquil and simple but elegant courtyard landscape.
