The corporate headquarters project of Landbond, a high-end furniture manufacturer, is located in Foshan, Guangdong. The landscape design aims to create outside the building a "Landbond Living Space" which, as the first landscape greeting visitors, displays Landbond's corporate culture and brand image. Landscape design tricks are used to handle the height difference of the site and, by virtue of the slope, build a semi-underground dining hall, an aerial gallery bridge, a sunlight lawn, and a rain garden. All of these spaces form an experiencing path running through the entire site. The rain garden collects, stores and provides water for the waterscape. The sunlight lawn serves as an outdoor exhibition platform of furniture and makes full use of available conditions and resources of the site to create opportunities for the company and its customers to communicate and share.
