The project is located in Huangcun Town, Daxing District, Beijing, at the northeast corner of Yihezhuang Station, Daxin Line of Beijing Subway, adjacent to Niantan Park and a golf course. The land plot is divided by the main axis of urban landscape. Keeping to the green ecological park design concept, it is intended to build sport-themed park-type leisure commerce and living community, return the city with broad sports space, and render a fashion venue integrated with commerce. The design takes full advantage of the subway resources, meanwhile, equip the architecture and space with new functions, and therefore create a new landmark in Daxing.
