The project site is located at the heart of Tianjin Binhai Development Zone and adjacent to a high-speed railway transportation hub. It is the junction of a commercial space landscape, a residential quarter, and a financial business district.

The land plots in the vicinity of the project are of a variety of functions including mature Residential community, transportation hub, and sufficient urban open space, all these have laid down a solid foundation for building a diverse business mixed-use and recreational space. The green land in the place and the landmark building(s) at the vertical transportation entrance are designed to attract and assemble pedestrian flows. Cultural gathering place (a round theater) and recreational gathering place (a multi-functional large lawn) are used to enliven the underground commercial retail area. At the south entrance of the square, modern buildings with glass curtain wall and vertical lifts are used to attract people to underground sub-anchor stores, the majority of which are IT stores. The ground surface greening at these nodes together with the buildings designed at the vertical transportation entrance for outdoor recreational purpose are to facilitate the people. Food retail stands are designed in underground catering area at the body building area node to serve body-building and/or recreational people and to spur underground business activities. The node of the Seasons Garden on the green space boasts the best landscape and field of vision of the place. An outdoor recreational plaza is designed here and connected to underground facilities via the vertical transportation, allowing for the high-end positioning of the major underground restaurants.
