Bid Plot 1 is a Sales Office, the landscape design of which includes a front square, a show flat area, and a status quo massif park tour line. The landscape design is in light of the integrative use of existing massif, woodlands, and fishponds resources for building an experimental place of the natural integration of landscape and buildings. Bid Plot 2 is a landscape avenue. Its landscape design mainly involves the integration design of greening, themed artistic sculptures, and a slow traffic system within the red lines of the existing 15-meter road. The design aims to create unique arrival experience by improving guidance and identification design of the road to render it a themed impression. Sales Office: The design concept comes from camellia growing in wooded mountains. The "flower stalk" of the Camellia front square is the road leading to the square. When watched from roadside, the "flower" matches the "terrace" perfectly. The terrace rising from the lake surface is used to eliminate the vertical revetment. A pier to the viewing platform on the water of the mirror pool behind the square is designed to provide access to riverside sight-seeing and negotiation area.
