The project is located at the junction of the old urban area, the high-speed railway economic zone, and the new urban area of Xuzhou, to the east of Greenland Century Town and the north of Yunlong District Government. The design aims to create a landscape of a style matching the Zijin series of British style buildings for integrating the project's spaces, including the buildings, into the surrounding urban space. The artistic landscape sequence and experience are expected to stimulate people's affection for and identification with the project. As far as design elements are concerned, every detail of the design, from the Zijin Bridge, the magnificent entrance archway, the characteristic waterscape, to all painstakingly designed landscape articles, is consistent with the building and reflecting the project's pursuit of magnificence, elegance and quality. It is our hope that everyone living in this community will be moved and inspired by these gardens. It could be an ideal place to settle down and start a new life.
