Located at Donggang Area, Dalian, Longfor Crystal Bay is divided into two areas, i.e., high-rise building area and multi-storey building area. Inspired by the powerful sea, the landscape design creates a dynamic landscape space featuring tides, beach, island, platforms and woods. The functional areas are threaded by smooth circulations to yield an impressive effect of "the landscape varies with the moving of the observers".

Tides - North Entrance Square: the wave-like green belts simulate the tides surging toward the beach and the mirror pool design signifies a tranquil bay. Beach - Central garden: the west side of the garden is a stretch of well-mown grass slope and the east side is a grove for hiking. The garden is also designed with zigzag bridge(s) with moder sculptures. Platform - Platform garden: a landscape pool is designed to serve as the end scenery of the neoclassical axis. The firefighting platform is ingeniously transformed into a garden outside the drawing room where the inhabitants can enjoy the sunlight. Island - Land of shoals and streams: in rainy season, the place is a land of shoals and streams, in dry season it is a dry land of pebbles, and in winter it is a garden where the inhabitants can appreciate the snowscape and play with snow. Shoal rock - Playground: its wave-shape marine themed space and details make it an ideal recreational place where parents can play with their children. Woods - South entrance: the elevation difference of the entrance is designed into a cascade in woods to render the entrance an impressive quality of dignity.
