The project, located in Fenghuang Town, Changxing Island, Chongming District, covers an area of 200,000 ㎡. It is the second project of Tahoe in Shanghai. The project carries on the persistent style of Tahoe's Courtyard product series in an effort to build new Chinese style cultural mansion. As far as landscape design is concerned, it integrates Shanghai local garden culture on the basis of typical Tahoe products. This localization attempt of the Tahoe brand in Shanghai by virtue of the pedestrian circulation centered multi-fold landscape creates urban garden mansions featuring the impression of an "imperial court" complex.
