The project, located in Nanchuan area of Qinghai Province, is positioned as an exhibition center on silk road and an oasis in western regions. It is proposed to promote the economic development and display the characteristic charm of Xining and will be built into a hub which, featuring green landscape and integrated with the core functions of international conference and exhibition, commerce and grade, cultural tourism service, etc., will become an "engine" that promotes the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative, one of China's national core strategies, in Xining. The design integrates the core functions into the green central park for making a vitality core and appreciating land value. The results are landscape associated green corridors that serve as energetic functional rings. In the future, the place will become an eye-catching oasis on the Belt and Road development zone ready to develop by virtue of its vitality.
