The project is located in the core area of Dachang, which is within the economic circle that has the highest economic growth in China in recent years. As an important node on the Beijing-Tianjin belt, it enjoys exceptional strategic position. National Highway 102 runs across the north of the project site and G1 Beijing-Shenyang Expressway passes through the south of Dachang Hui Autonomous County. They are the major national highways that connect Dachang to Beijing, making the project site readily accessible. The project is designed with the objective that an innovative ecological city will be built for the new metropolis in the future. Prosperous ecological and habitable urban residential quarters will be built and irreproducible new green space systems will be created to help Dachang to become an innovation center and business hub east of Beijing and a new engine that promote the transformation and upgrade of the area's economy.
