The project is located in the business center of Shenhe District, Shenyang. The design resolves and regroups the classical facade elements, integrates pure traditions and improved traditions; and adopts the design method allowing coexistence of traditional architectural style and modern elements, to activate the cultural relics and restore the impression of imperial city.

The plan is to build house with glass on the site of Khan Palace, protecting the site from all external influences while mimicking the regime of then palace. The surrounding envelop enclosures for release stand for historical space, overhanging part representing the entry into the history and guiding people's attention into the site of the palace. Reliefs or color paintings that depict the grand procession scene could be applied to make the site more observable.
