The project is located in the center of Chengdu, the finance street of Dongdajie Street. It incorporates commerce, bank HQ building, super high-rise office building, five-star hotel (Conrad Hilton), serviced apartments, and residence. The 240-meter high office building will be a new landmark of the downtown.

The goal of design is to create a mixed-use comprising four landmark towers and a public open space. The preliminary concept is to take the planning of commercial podium as a critical part to connect the whole circulation through, by construction above the central public road that directly links the commercial space landscape and the urban main road Dongdajie Street. Based on analyzing the existing conditions of the base, the design fully integrates the language of modern architecture in terms of architectural form, function organization, indoor and outdoor space constructing, striving to give expression to the advanced technology, iconic image and environment coordination of the new landmark buildings. And as the base features limited facade to Dongdajie Street, while boasts favorable view to the east, the design sets the main building, the attached banking building, and two residential buildings to be the Y-form, ensuring of the main tower's facade to Dongdajie Street and its commercial value, and making the four tower buildings accessing to the view of Fu River to the greatest extent.
