The project is located in the hinterland of the Qianxia Lake scenic spot, west of Qingtian County. Comprised of five-star resort hotel, serviced apartments, conference center and children's activity center. As for building volume, in order to cope well with the relationship with natural spatial scales and handle the principle of maximizing the view landscape, the main building faces the most in-depth part of lake view, spiraling upward, forming a dynamic architectural skyline while maximizing the access to landscape. The program starts from the big picture of natural landscape of Qianxia Lake, coordinating reasonably the functional connections of the hotel, serviced apartments, conference center, and children's center with the outdoor landscape. As for indoor and outdoor space creation and facade treatment, it's the concept of sustainable development, echoing the natural landscape and emphasizing the unification between man and nature.
