The project takes full advantage of the block's unique geographical environment and urban characteristics and, combined with the rich cultural and historical background, and using leading international design concepts, intends to create a cultural community integrating residence, exhibition, leisure and entertainment all in one, so that the project shall form its amiable geographical feature and rise as a bright spot of Songjiang New City. The core concept of the general plan is to create an integrated featured area to intake Guangfulin back into the urban life and urban rhythm, and restore its vitality and vigor. Continuing and extending the general plan, processing the different types of existing buildings deliberately. Combining protection and utilization, showing the architectural features of different times by regions, and integrating into new urban planning in a diversified and sustainable manner.
