The project is in Maiyan, one of the five functional areas of Qixia District, and one of the two major Level-1 areas in Qixia. It undertakes the role of urban-level sub-center of culture, leisure and tourism, and serves for the inside of the northern areas of the city. The base is located at the middle of the portal business area of Qixia District, adjacent to the iconic Twin Towers, and sitting on subway and large shopping mall.

The project benefits from the double flows of business consumers and community consumers. It is a high-class business center integrating shopping, entertainment, catering and leisure at one stop. In view of consumer groups turning younger (in mindset), the design provides such commercial spaces and forms that better accommodate young people' consumption needs.
