The project is located on the shore of Dianchi Caohai, HMD arranges the buildings "vertically" with Dianchi, reserving visual corridors so that more buildings can share the landscape resources of Dianchi; The combination of courtyards is upgraded with an innovative "S" shaped splicing method, creating a new spatial experience on the basis of the traditional colony form, retaining the formality of the original colony and reflecting the privacy of the small courtyard, while also enhancing the economy of the site.

The project seeks to restore the local living style of Yunnan, echoing the local culture in terms of color and spatial atmosphere. White walls, gray tiles, green bricks, green trees, and pink flowers are layered on top of each other to create a resort-style lifestyle.
