The design philosophy of this project is "human-based, healthy, and high-quality". Its design begins with environment planning, in which the environmental factors of the Residential community are analyzed in a comprehensive way to determine the components of the Residential community.

The Residential community is a janus-faced one that meets the requirements of people with different philosophy of life: its building may be very high and perfectly oriented so that its inhabitants can enjoy sunlight freely, or be a low-rise one which makes use of terrace to realize three-dimensional living environment and/or green space for inhabitants to fully enjoy

the benefits brought about by living close to the soil.
