The project, as a component of central Binjiang District, is located in the IoT Industry Zone, one of the three major functional zones of the district. Binjiang District is on the south bank of Qiantang River and abundant in scenic landscapes. The project is at the center of the district and adjacent to Binjiang District Government.

The planned structure of the project carries on the essence of the Mansion series products of Jinmao Group. A spatial axis running from south to north is designed on the basis of the essence and in reference to the spatial structure of Prince Gong's Mansion in Beijing. The spatial axis, with its 3-order spatial sequence, highlights spatial hierarchy with special emphases on the axial alignment of the compounds and the ceremonial spaces. The high-rise building clusters on the north are ingeniously arranged around the central park and, through the addition of the wing unit, make good use of the park in such a way that all apartments have a good view of the park. As far as living quality improvement is concerned, the human-centered spatial arrangement of the project is complemented by considerate and detailed design of Residential community entrance, pedestrian and vehicular circulations, entrance transition and garage hall for enhanced luxury impression of the Residential community.

The project's neoclassic building façade with its repetitively refined proportional relation, concise and distinct form and structure, and painstakingly determined details carries on and improves the style of the Mansion product series for concise neoclassic impression. Every details reflect our painstaking pursuit of high quality.
