The project is located in Zhelin, adjacent to Nanqian Town. The plan adopts the concept of Chinese Ruyi (a curved decorative object symbolizing power and good fortune in Chinese folklore); and by connection through the dragon-design river system, it intends to construct an open waterfront landscape space as man are embraced by water.

Design philosophy: ecological space, cloud office platform; smart business office; garden, courtyard and products; living courtyard caring for the mind; neighborhood center + boutique hotel; ecological environment, featured supporting facilities; leisure life. From commercial real estate to health industry platform; from group isolation to all-age integration; organic link-up with the whole project, establishing a new health town of benchmarking demonstration in the “health industry” dimension of China. Healthy and livable, dialogue with nature, “integration-oriented", hence a new-type residential demonstration area of health undertakings.
