The site is located in the middle east of Dali, Yunnan. It is on the east coast of Erhai lake, to the north of Haidong New Town and to the south of Shuang Lang Town.

The master plan of Wase Town comprises of five sections. This site is located in the center of cultural and tourist section. The startup area comprises three sections, namely the fishermen’s harbor and tourist distribution center, the Erhai Town, and the downtown. The farmers’ market is located in the downtown section in the startup area. The vision is to be the functional and practical Wase Farmers’ Market with unique local characteristics, low cost and high quality.
