The project, located in Donglingshan, Zhuolu, Hebei province, is positioned as an ultimately intelligent health preserving valley for the Great Beijing area. Donglingshan area is an agglomeration of mountains, forest, wind, and water.

The project aims to build a valley of ecology, culture, intelligence and charm. The design is in line with the planning philosophy of "green, ecological and low plot ratio" and development spaces are selected by GIS analysis.

A spatial structure featuring "Three towns, three valleys and multiple centers on a belt" is proposed for building three theme towns of distinct features to display the image of Zhuolu.
