The project is located in Sunhe Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing, somewhere between the airport and Wuhuan Road. The site is close to several important traffic arteries and in the vicinity of a number of strategic industrial groups in Chaoyang District. M15 rail transit has a station on the east boundary of the site. The project takes advantages of the convenient transportation, excellent ecological environment and large resident population for the development of an area that integrates commercial, cultural, and recreational functions, including body building, shopping, entertainment, leisure, brand restaurants, and business hotel. The construction of cultural and sports facilities like auditorium, stadium and library is given priority.
