GHDA Global Habitat Design Awards was initiated by the new micro design platform and the GHDA Organizing Committee, aiming to recognize the habitat design projects that have gained good reputation in the world. Through the strict and high quality selection criteria, we will discover outstanding habitat design cases and promote the continuous progress of the world's beautiful habitat environment.
The overall planning of Dali Yunxiangshan project is 12 square kilometers, and the planning and architectural design of the first phase of the supporting Huawu Town project is created by HMD. The project takes "tourism industry and sports industry" as the industrial theme, and creates 350 mu of thematic mountain park and 450 mu of small town residential area.
Mr. Weihao Zhong, the chief designer, said, "Dali continues to attract people from all over the country to come here, forming a kind of artistic and creative gathering place. How to make the new Dali people feel a sense of belonging to the space we create and be able to fit their lifestyle is the focus and starting point of our design."
The development of the town is not built in a day, just like Rome was not built in a day, its development should be slow, organic and flexible. We hope to nurture and grow the whole town in combination with the regional culture. We hope to build some commercial facilities around the needs of tourists and residents, form special industries, and finally form a closed loop of the town itself. It is not to be a living space in isolation, but more to give the city a park, a support, a living space and create a living space, and finally form an artistic living town with characteristics that can live, travel, play, and stay.
