On November 26, 2016, 100+ real estate elite design agencies, 30+ real estate / academic experts and media agencies, and about 200 guests gathered at SOHO 3Q, the Bund of Shanghai, to witness the unveiling of the list of winners for 2016 READ Star Design. HMD's designs, i.e., Chengdu Western International Finance Center, and Shenyang North Street "Yulong Town", were presented "Honorable Mention Award" and "Most Media-Concerned Award" respectively.
